IECA's dedicated Caretakers
IECA resident ICPs are supported by dedicated staff of care takers for their daily living activities.
Some of the care takers are mild ICPs who have been trained as care takers. Care takers also undertake horticulture and agro activities with ICPs as a team. They also form an important link with community and engage the community for interaction and assistance to ICPs.

ADMISSION POLICY
We embrace an open policy of admission for ICPs.
To make sure we can take good care of our residents we consider the following for admission criterion:
- An ICP with mild to moderate disability level. Severe disability ICP will be considered on case to case basis.
- Should be toilet trained and aware of ADLs ( Activities of daily living)
- Should not be suffering from communicable disease or require acute medical attention
- Should be over 18 years of age and not above 60 years.
- Should be willing to follow values of IECA
REQUIRED DOCUMENT
We need the following documents at the time of application
- Complete medical history, including the latest assessment report.
- Medical certificate from Govt. hospital indicating degree of disability and that the applicant is free from any contagious diseases.
- Financial status documentation of parent or guardian.
- Guardianship status
